Laptop Sales Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility and Registration
Open to citizens aged 18 and above holding an active local bank account.
The organizer reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application without providing justification.
Each affiliate partner is responsible for ensuring that their account and payment information remains accurate and up to date.
2. Referral Links and Tracking (Tracking & Cookies)
Each affiliate will be assigned a unique referral link or exclusive promo code.
The cookie lifespan is 30 days. If a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking the affiliate link, the commission will be credited to that affiliate (last-click attribution).
A purchase is deemed valid only when the customer completes the transaction directly through the official referral link or promo code.
3. Commission Rates and Payment Structure
Commission Rate: Commissions are calculated based on the net sale price (excluding shipping fees, insurance, or applicable taxes):
Base Laptop Commission: 2.5% to 5% per unit sold (varying by model).
Validation Criteria: Commissions are approved only after the order is fulfilled and surpasses the return/money-back guarantee window (e.g., 14 days post-delivery).
Payout Threshold: Affiliates may request a payout once their minimum balance reaches RM50.00.
Payment Schedule: Payouts are processed on a monthly cycle (e.g., on the 10th of each month) directly into the affiliate’s bank account.
4. Commission Forfeiture, Returns, and Refunds
Commissions will be automatically revoked if:
The customer cancels the order prior to dispatch.
The customer requests a product return or refund/chargeback.
The transaction is flagged as fraudulent or suspicious.
5. Promotional Conduct and Prohibited Activities
Accurate Representation: Affiliates must share verified and accurate product specifications (processor, RAM, storage capacity, warranty coverage).
Self-Referral Prohibition: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from purchasing laptops for personal use via their own referral link to claim commission discounts.
Search Ad Restrictions (Brand Bidding): Affiliates must not bid on official brand trademark keywords across ad networks (e.g., Google Ads) without prior written consent.
Anti-Spam Policy: Disseminating affiliate links via mass unsolicited messaging, cold spam emails, or invasive social media spamming is strictly barred.
6. Account Termination
The company reserves the right to immediately terminate any affiliate account and withhold accrued balances if the affiliate breaches these terms or engages in fraudulent activities.
These terms and conditions are subject to revision at any time at the company's sole discretion.
